Person-Centred Support Worker

SeeAbility in Surrey supports adults with disabilities—including cerebral palsy, sight loss, autism and learning disabilities—to live vibrant, independent lives at Ditton Road.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help with daily routines from morning to bedtime, plan person-centred activities and build trusted relationships. You’ll also record care clearly and work closely with colleagues to ensure safety, inclusion and wellbeing across every day.
