Therapeutic Children’s Residential Support Worker

Homes2Inspire is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our Burton-on-Trent service. You will build trusting relationships with young people, provide day-to-day care and support their progress in education, activities and community engagement within a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role requires emotional resilience, excellent communication, and a flexible approach including sleep-ins and weekend work.
