Weavers Lodge in Castle Cary is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs at Weavers Lodge, Castle Cary.

You’ll assist with daily living, support independence, and promote emotional wellbeing within a close-knit team. Salary is £14.25–£14.75 per hour DOE, with shifts including days and weekends, and extensive training and development opportunities offered.
