Finance Assistant – Hybrid, Excel Expert for Charity

The Caraires Consultancy is recruiting for a permanent finance role in Rugby, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, hybrid. You will handle income, payments, invoices and financial transactions for a small charity.

You will support volunteers, donors and suppliers, using strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and PivotTables) and clear communication. The position requires purchase ledger experience and a proactive, team-oriented approach; occasional travel to France for two weeks at Easter is expected.
