Adoption Social Worker – Flexible, Impactful Care

Barnsley Council is recruiting an Adoption Social Worker within One Adoption South Yorkshire. Based in Barnsley and working regionally, you will assess adopters, children and birth families, develop adoption support plans and deliver group work.

The role requires teamwork, initiative and strong English communication, with travel across the region as needed. The post is permanent, 29.6 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on continuous professional development.
