Community Reablement Support Officer – Enable Independence

West Northants Council is seeking Reablement Support Officers to visit people in their homes, supporting daily living and independence with a rotating 4-on/4-off shift pattern. The role includes travel across Northamptonshire, a driving licence, and a commitment to assist with reablement goals.

You will work autonomously within a team, supported by the Reablement Team Manager, with opportunities to develop NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and to collaborate with health partners.
