Frontline Leaving Care Social Worker | Hybrid, Youth 14–18

Rh​ondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Leaving Care Team on an initial 6-month contract. The team operates across Aberdare and Pontypridd with hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

The role focuses on young people aged 14–18, including care-experienced individuals, covering CASP, safeguarding and child exploitation. Applicants should have UK social work registration and driving licence.
