Frontline Children’s Social Worker — Family Help Teams Transition

Leaders in Care is seeking 3-4 experienced Social Workers to join a Children’s Services team on a temporary basis to help address a backlog of Children and Young People, predominantly those subject to Child Protection Plans, who are awaiting transfer to our Safeguarding Service.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled practitioners who are passionate about making a meaningful difference for children and families while supporting an important period of service transformation.
