Rural Community Social Worker — Adults & Carers

The NHS Highland invites applications for a fully qualified Social Worker to join the Skye and Lochalsh and Wester Ross Integrated Health & Social Care Team. The successful candidate will be based in Ullapool or the wider Wester Ross area, working in a community care context with adults.

We are a small, motivated team focusing on older adults, adults with learning disabilities, autism and transitions from Children’s services, in a remote and beautiful rural setting.
