Josh, 25, is funny, sociable and full of personality. He enjoys music, swimming, his sensory room, cinema trips and getting out into the community. He has a physical and learning disability, is a full-time wheelchair user and has complex medical needs. This role would suit a warm, energetic female who enjoys building meaningful relationships, promoting independence and getting involved in activities. You will work as part of an experienced 2:1 team, with full training provided so ideal for someone with limited Support Worker experience. Weekend flexibility is essential.

- Essential Experience:Care, childcare, or support worker experience; this can be personal or professional. Genuine interest in supporting a client with additional needs, willingness to learn, good team player and sense of humour. Excellent verbal communication skills and a high level of spoken English as the role requires clear and effective communication with the family and wider support team. This role is open to female applicants only.
- Desirable: Enhanced Adult DBS on the Update Service, previous care experience, and previous experience of supporting a client living in their family home.
