IPS Employment Specialist – Shape Inclusive Careers

Shaw Trust is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to help clients with mental health support needs secure sustainable paid employment on the Isle of Wight. You will deliver person-centred guidance, using IPS principles, and work with local health services and employers to create opportunities.

You will manage a caseload, coordinate a step-by-step journey from profiling to placement, and maintain holistic care through collaboration with the primary care network and IAPT teams.
