Vehicle Service Desk Coordinator

Thomas Hardie Commercials Ltd. seeks a motivated and versatile Service Department professional for our Wrexham site, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

You will be the main customer contact, handling routine service and repair progress and promoting service and accessories within technical limits. You will promote customer relations, capture detailed service requirements, prepare quotations and job cards, and assist with administration such as invoicing and document control.
