Social Worker – Early Help & Prevention (Hybrid)

Medway Council in Kent seeks a qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care team in Early Help & Prevention. You will review care packages to ensure best value and positive outcomes for vulnerable adults, working within a strengths-based, person-centred model.

The role is hybrid, combining time at Gun Wharf with home working, and offers support through CPD, supervision and a clear career progression framework. ASYE completion and Social Work England registration are required.
