Logistics & Customer Support – Operations Agent (Long-Term)

The Barker Ross Group is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented administrator for a long‑term role in Dartford. You will handle customer enquiries, investigate shipments, and manage failed deliveries while updating internal systems.

Ideal candidates are computer confident, able to work independently, and communicate well with drivers and customers. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with AM/PM shifts available.
