Metals Customer Account Specialist

OA is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Potters Bar. This varied, sales- and customer-focused role manages an allocated portfolio, handling enquiries, quotations and orders while working with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse and Despatch.

You’ll also develop specialist knowledge of metals, alloys, strip and wire products. The position is based in Potters Bar with Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 hours.
