Defect Resolution & Customer Care Coordinator

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Customer Care Co-ordinator in Solihull on a 1-year contract. The role focuses on coordinating customer care works from initial defect reporting to completion, working closely with customers, site teams, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure issues are managed efficiently and defects are closed successfully.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and excel at communication, organisation and attention to detail in a busy environment.
