Learning Support Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and classroom engagement while gaining valuable experience in education.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
• Helping pupils remain engaged and focused throughout the school day
• Encouraging confidence, participation and positive behaviour
• Preparing learning resources and classroom materials
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff

• Have experience working with children or young people
• Are caring, reliable and proactive
• Have excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Hold relevant qualifications or training (desirable)
