Night Shift Injection Moulding Lead (10pm-6am)

A small but growing injection moulding company in Leicester is seeking a Night Shift Senior Operator to run the Bole Injection Moulding machines.

You will supervise 1-2 colleagues, carry out basic processing, operate and perform some setting duties, and keep the mouldshop staffed and productive overnight from Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am.

This role offers stability in a developing operation with potential for growth and more responsibility over time.
