Customer Service Operative

gap personnel are looking for Customer Service Operative x2 for our well establishes Client based in Stafford – Acton Gate ST18 with an immediate start !

Rota: 5 days out of 7 Saturdays and Sundays required occasionally

8h shifts in between:

6AM-2PM, 7AM-3PM, 8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM and 10AM-6PM , based on a rota provided for few following weeks.

On going long term work for suitable candidates !

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Duties:

• Dealing with customer queries
• Booking deliveries
• Arranging returns and replacements
• Keeping system up to date

Experience in customer service is essential.
