Customer Service Advisor: Fast-Paced Parcel Support & Resolution

DPD is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support internal and external customers with parcel collection and delivery queries, PODs, and dispute resolution. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to provide proactive solutions and ownership of issues.

You should have solid experience in fast-paced customer service, excellent communication, and strong administration skills with MS Office.
