School Site Operative: Maintenance, Safety & Grounds

Wellspring Academy Trust is seeking a Site Operative to ensure a clean, safe, secure learning and working environment across our Leeds academies. The role involves safeguarding, safety checks, and using hand and power tools to maintain buildings and grounds.

You will perform grounds maintenance, decorating, and general maintenance tasks, plus assist with emergencies and winter upkeep. Daily site checks and adherence to Trust policies are required as part of a proactive, caring school community.
