Membership Services Specialist – CRM & Engagement

Juice Cheltenham is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator for an ongoing temporary role (approx. 6 months, may extend) to provide exceptional service to members and prospective members across the UK. You will manage CRM processes, handle payments and registrations, and support campaigns and events.

You will work with the Finance team on payments, prepare reports, and maintain data accuracy while ensuring GDPR compliance and high-quality communications with members and partners.
