Commis Chef – Weekday Kitchen, Derby

Compass Group UK&I’s Restaurant Sin Fin in Derby is hiring a Commis Chef. This full-time role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, at £14.45 per hour.

Join a busy kitchen serving over 600 guests daily with a supportive 9-person team, full training, and opportunities for progression within Compass Group UK&I.

No previous experience required—you’ll learn on the job and contribute to high standards of food handling, hygiene, and customer-focused service.
