You’ll ideally have:
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
- Previous experience supporting children within a school or education setting
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- A calm, approachable and proactive manner
- The confidence to quickly settle into new classrooms
- A genuine interest in helping pupils reach their potential
