We’re looking for energetic, confident and enthusiastic people to join us as Teaching Assistants across schools in Newtown and the surrounding Powys area.

If you have a background in sport, coaching, fitness, PE or working with children and young people, your skills could transfer brilliantly into the classroom!

You could be a:

• Sports Coach
• Rugby or Football Coach
• Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
• Sports Graduate
• Youth or Activity Leader
• or simply someone passionate about sport and working with children

As a Teaching Assistant, you could be:

• Supporting pupils with their learning
• Helping children stay engaged and motivated
• Supporting individuals and small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities
• Using your confidence, teamwork and communication skills to make a positive impact
