Head Chef – Weddings & Banqueting (High-Volume)

We are seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a premium weddings and banqueting venue in Buckinghamshire. You will create, cost and implement menus for high-volume events, manage a kitchen team and drive GP and wage costs to deliver outstanding dining experiences for every wedding.

Reporting into a senior operations team, you will oversee 70+ weddings and banqueting functions each year, ensuring impeccable food safety standards, high-quality presentation and strong supplier
