Graduate Academic Coach for Secondary Education

Step Into Teaching Limited is seeking a Graduate Academic Coach to support a Birmingham secondary school (B30). The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with an ASAP start to cover the remainder of the 26/27 academic year.

The ideal candidate holds a 2:2 or above honours degree and will provide one-to-one and small group support, track progress, and assist with lesson planning and resources. Salary £500–£530 per week for this entry-level teaching role.
