• Have knowledge and experience ofworking with children with additional needs in KS2
• Have experience of delivering a rangeof interventions to support children with additional needs
• Have a proven track record of nurturingand engaging positively with children with additional needs
• Have a positive outlook and demonstratethis on a daily basis
• Demonstrate a belief that allbehaviours are a communication
• Promote our school values
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Build strong positive partnerships withour parents/families
• Be hardworking and dedicated
• Be able to work both independently andas part of a team
