Sopwell House, a five-star Georgian country house hotel set in 12 acres in Hertfordshire, is seeking a passionate Banqueting Chef de Partie to join our team. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes for weddings, corporate events and gala dinners, while helping control costs and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have a culinary degree or diploma, NVQ Level 2/3 preferred, and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel
