Wellbeing Counter Manager: Lead Growth & Community Events

NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a store counter, build a local community, and deliver memorable events for customers. You will work with Marketing, Operations and Sales to drive local strategy and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in counter/store leadership, a passion for wellbeing, and a commitment to team development. The position is part-time (21 hours) with some weekday/weekend shifts and occasional travel.
