Hours of work: 32.5 per week.Working pattern: Part-time, term-time only (working for39weeks per year plus6.05weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years’ continuous service).As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

Fletching Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated Full time Teaching Assistantto join our friendly and supportive team, starting in September 2026.
The hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
- Ideally have experience working as a teaching assistant with primary-aged children, ideally across a range of year groups.
- Be confident in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions in areas such as reading, writing, and maths.
- Work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Lead to plan, deliver, and review high-quality support.
- Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills.
