Waking Nights Support Worker — Enable Independent Living

Real Life Options Group is seeking dedicated care workers to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own homes. You will follow daily plans, assist with money management, domestic duties, and medication administration, with opportunities to help with personal care, meals, and social activities.

The role involves night shifts (10pm–7am), weekends and bank holidays on a rota. An Enhanced DBS is required; benefits include holidays, pension, and training opportunities.
