Trainee Valuer – Property Survey & Rating (Graduate)

Central Scotland Valuation Joint Board is advertising a fixed term Trainee Valuer for 12 months, pro rata, with a salary of £35,751-£42,759 depending on hours. The role offers full time or part time hours to gain experience in property survey and rating in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will survey and value a wide range of property for rating purposes and council tax, negotiate appeals with taxpayers and agents, and help prepare evidence for cases at the Local Taxation
