Festive Retail Colleague — Flexible Hours & Night Pay

Tesco UK is recruiting festive in-store colleagues across our stores. You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer, serve customers, stock shelves and prepare Click & Collect orders. No experience is necessary—just the right attitude and a welcoming, can-do approach.

Pay starts at £12.64 per hour, rising to £13.85 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour for late hours. We offer flexible shifts and a minimum guaranteed 12 hours per week to support festive coverage.
