The wider Data & Systems team supports initiatives around Microsoft Dynamics 365, finance and ERP systems, operational systems, reporting, automation, and data integration. About you
- 3-5 years’ experience in BI, Data, Reporting, Data Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong Power BI skills, with experience in developing dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, SQL, and relational databases
- Knowledge of data modelling, data preparation, ETL/ELT, and data integration
- Experience working with multiple data sources, including CRM and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Fabric, or other Microsoft data technologies
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, converting business needs into practical data solutions
- Enthusiastic about broadening technical responsibilities and understanding business impacts
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
- Build and optimise data models and datasets for reporting
- Use Power Query, DAX, and SQL to prepare and analyse business data
- Support reporting across various systems such as CRM, finance, and operations
- Enhance data quality, consistency, and reporting standards
- Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting improvements
