SAP QM S/4 Hana Consultant – UK

Overview

As a Principal Consultant at Infosys, you anchor large SAP QM initiatives within S/4HANA, guiding business process definition, design, and deployment. You act as a trusted advisor for architecture reviews and contribute to cross-functional solutions and client enablement. You shape value-driven QM solutions for global rollouts while upholding template standards and governance. This role offers exposure to lifecycle delivery, from pursuit to capability building, in a dynamic, innovation-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement from problem definition to solution deployment in SAP QM/S4HANA
• Advise on architecture, design reviews, and project governance
• Anchor global QM template governance and standardization
• Design, configure, and rollout QM processes including inspection planning and results recording
• Define WRICEF requirements and functional specs for QM developments
• Drive data quality initiatives and QM reporting requirements
• Collaborate with security teams on role-based access and compliance
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, PP, and SD and adherence to ASPIRE standards
• Manage batch-related QM processes and background jobs
• Support client training, pursuit initiatives, and in-house capability building

Key requirements

• SAP QM expertise with S/4HANA preferred
• Deep knowledge of inspection processing, batch management, quality notifications, and QM reporting
• Experience in end-to-end QM implementations and global rollouts
• Global template governance and standardization experience
• WRICEF definition and functional specification skills
• Experience in QM関連 transactions (QA11, QA12, QA32, QA33) and QM enhancements
• Knowledge of charting and Fiori app requirements and UX considerations
• Ability to work in matrixed, global delivery models
• Strong documentation, presales, and client advisory capabilities
• Exposure to LIMS or external quality systems and regulated industries
