Overview
In this role you will lead the drafting and negotiation of company contracts, aligning with sales, legal and program teams to secure winning bids and compliant agreements. You will shape the commercial strategy to support program delivery under customer contracts and provide governance across contract policies and processes. You will partner with General Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful execution while handling complex bids and contract variations. This is a remote UK opportunity with impact on long-term supply, software licenses and NDAs, contributing to Curtiss-Wright Nuclear’s mission in the nuclear sector.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, manage and administer company contracts including proposals and contract negotiation
- Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and interpret terms and conditions
- Facilitate contract implementation within program objectives, including notices and variations
- Support program managers and supply chain on complex bids with subcontractor input
- Provide regular contract-related reporting to senior management
- Interpret and apply contract policies and ensure consistent execution and development of procedures and standards
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Law
- 7-10 years of contract management experience (preferably in supply of goods, construction, or IT services)
