In this role, you help ensure compliance with evolving liquidity regulations and strengthen governance around reporting and data quality. You will drive regulatory change, reporting enhancements, and data initiatives across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology to support a regulated, high-impact environment. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will analyze complex datasets, remediate reporting issues, and contribute to modernizing liquidity reporting capabilities. Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory, audit, and business-driven change initiatives affecting liquidity reporting and risk infrastructure
- Coordinate timely responses to regulatory requests and audits
- Resolve reporting issues through investigation and remediation coordination
- Collaborate with technology and production teams on strategic initiatives, data/testing, and release management
- Ensure high standards in liquidity and IRRBB reporting governance, controls, and data quality
- Support adoption of strategic technology platforms (Snowflake, AWS-based data services, Python, SQL, AI tools)
- Prepare governance materials and presentations for senior management and regulators
- Analyze large datasets to identify improvements in reporting processes, controls, and data quality
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services supporting Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or Change Management
- Experience supporting regulatory change initiatives, audits, or data-driven processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with auditors and regulatory stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with strong control mindset and attention to detail
