Overview

As a Senior Digital Engineering Consultant, you will lead BIM and digital engineering delivery for complex projects, guiding information management and digital workflows. You’ll work directly with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to shape digital strategies and ensure model accuracy and compliance. You’ll mentor juniors and contribute to business development, all within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment that advances the built environment. Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver BIM and digital engineering solutions per client briefs and standards
• Provide expert guidance on information management, BIM coordination, and digital workflows
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop digital strategies for projects
• Conduct design reviews and validation within BIM platforms for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate BIM models, clash detection, and data management to support delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and innovative approaches
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
• Participate in business development, including proposals and client presentations

Key requirements

• Proven experience in digital engineering, BIM coordination, or information management in construction sectors
• Hands-on proficiency with Solibri, Autodesk Forma, and ISO 19650 frameworks
• Strong understanding of digital workflows, information validation, clash detection, and model coordination
• Experience in client-facing consultancy with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrable ability to lead projects and mentor team members
• Familiarity with project management practices and appreciation for commercial aspects of delivery
• UK passport holder with eligibility for SC security clearance
