Overview

In this role you will own the EMEA Product Experience strategy and roadmap for the NPE, spanning Fund Explorer and PDPs to deliver a best-in-class fund research experience. You will collaborate with regional product managers, marketing, legal/compliance, and technology to align on platform direction while honoring regional needs. You’ll act as Product Owner in an Agile environment, translating complex business needs into scalable requirements and driving delivery with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes digital transformation, data-driven optimization, and a cohesive global experience on the AEM web platform. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the EMEA NPE strategy and roadmap for Fund Explorer and PDPs
  • Set regional priorities and coordinate with global NPE Product Managers to align platform direction
  • Provide senior stakeholder leadership across Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology and Data
  • Partner with Marketing to support digital activation and optimise user journeys from campaigns to fund exploration
  • Act as Product Owner in Agile: craft epics, write acceptance criteria, prioritise backlog, and enable delivery teams
  • Translate complex regional needs into scalable product requirements while maintaining a consistent global experience
  • Drive continuous optimisation using data, establishing success metrics for Fund Explorer and PDPs
  • Lead digital delivery for EMEA regulatory changes and ensure accurate implementation of disclosures and customer journeys
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Office and data owners on data priorities and governance
  • Align with adjacent platforms (CMS, analytics/tagging, site search, personalisation) for a cohesive end-to-end experience
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, translating concepts into business impact

Key requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and experience with SICAVs, OEICs, Investment Trusts, ETFs, Alternatives and UCITs
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver across projects under deadline pressure
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Strong team player with high energy and work ethic
  • Experience with large-scale transformation programs in enterprise environments
  • Structured, self-managing workload and problem-solving capability
  • Experience in digital marketing/e-commerce in multinational contexts, with extensive CMS knowledge and AEM experience
  • Understanding of UX, SEO and web analytics, with ability to tailor pages to different audiences
