In this role you will help grow a global supply chain resilience advisory, focusing on risk insight, freight modelling, regulatory alignment and commercial strategy. You will shape an integrated capability to improve visibility, resilience and response to disruptions across critical supply chains. You’ll connect operational realities with market dynamics and geopolitics to deliver practical, implementation-ready strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop the Supply Chain Resilience offer across logistics and supply chain consulting, leveraging existing methodologies and expanding growth opportunities
  • Identify and advance priority client opportunities, supporting business development, proposals, bids and early delivery as the vertical grows
  • Advise clients on resilience challenges, including risk exposure, corridor dependency, freight flows and continuity planning with wider commercial implications
  • Translate complex operational, commercial and regulatory issues into practical implementation strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Utilize freight modelling, origin-destination analysis and broader supply chain insights to assess vulnerabilities and identify improvements
  • Collaborate across adjacent topics (compliance, policy, infrastructure, operational transformation) to integrate resilience outcomes
  • Champion adoption, define practical use cases, enable responsible experimentation, and embed LLM augmentation into delivery methods
  • Define methodologies, propositions and delivery approaches to support future team growth and vertical development
  • Work with advisory, technical and sector teams to deliver multidisciplinary solutions to complex client challenges

Key requirements

  • Experience in management consulting, strategic advisory or commercial leadership within operational logistics, ports, freight or broader supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of supply chain resilience, risk, freight modelling, logistics flows, business continuity or operational strategy
  • Ability to connect operational issues to commercial outcomes and translate strategic advice into implementation
  • Experience working with senior client stakeholders on complex, cross-functional challenges
  • Understanding of regulatory, contractual or compliance considerations affecting logistics and supply chain performance (valued)
  • Experience with supporting business development and shaping propositions or new capabilities (desirable)
  • LLM-enabled delivery augmentation as a capability to accelerate analysis and outputs with governance
  • Strong communication and collaboration
