Overview

In this role you will support a leading regional housebuilder by managing the commercial delivery of concurrent new-build residential projects. You will operate within the commercial team to ensure cost control and robust reporting across multiple schemes. You’ll work autonomously to sustain project pipelines in the Southern Region and contribute to delivering high-quality homes. This position offers exposure to a busy, growth-focused business with a strong reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities on multiple new-build residential projects
• Work autonomously across concurrent schemes
• Maintain budgets, cost control and forecasting for projects
• Support procurement and subcontractor management
• Provide regular commercial reporting and risk assessment

Key requirements

• Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with a reputable housebuilder
• New build residential project experience essential
• Able to work on multiple projects autonomously
• Excellent all round commercial skills
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
