Overview

In this role you will lead tax accounting and reporting engagements within EY Tax TARAS, delivering high-quality, technically sound work for multi-country projects. You will manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional tax specialists to ensure excellence across deliverables. You will also coach junior team members and help shape development within a supportive, diverse team. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients
• Lead delivery of technically complex tax compliance and reporting engagements and related advisory projects
• Ensure high-quality client service and technical excellence across all deliverables
• Collaborate closely with specialist tax teams across the business
• Build and maintain strong internal networks
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members and support their development and performance

Key requirements

• Strong tax accounting skills with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards
• Significant experience in corporate tax, with a background in either practice or an in-house tax function
• ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA or HMRC Tax Inspector with full Technical Training Course or Law qualification with relevant tax experience
