Overview
In this role within Deloitte’s Banking Operations & Domain Solutions, you drive delivery across client engagements in the retail and commercial banking space. You will own deliverables, lead small work streams, and build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor. You’ll collaborate with industry experts and contribute to growth of the Banking Operations & Domain Solutions team, enabling transformative programs from strategy to implementation. This position offers exposure to digital banking innovations and cross-functional learning.

Responsibilities
- Deliver client engagements and ensure objectives are met across delivery lifecycles
- Own clear deliverables and lead small work streams while developing client relationships
- Contribute to team growth and mentor junior colleagues
- Participate in firm initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive culture
- Support business development to expand client impact in the Retail & Commercial Banking sector
Key requirements
- Delivery experience in a consulting firm at a retail or commercial bank, building society or similar institution
- Internal consulting or change management experience in similar institutions
- Strong knowledge of the UK banking industry and market trends including disruptive technologies
- Experience delivering transformations (target operating model design, automation, migrations, re-platforming, integration/separation, process re-engineering, cost reduction)
- Excellent project/program management capabilities with detailed planning and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in diverse teams and demonstrate enthusiasm for market-leading solutions
