Overview
Join Goldman Sachs’ Legal Division as a Summer Analyst in a 9-week program in Dallas (Americas) or Birmingham (UK). You will gain exposure to day-to-day in-house counsel work, receive extensive training, and build essential relationships. The program is designed to prepare you for JD school and a potential two-year Analyst track within Legal. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how legal advice supports business strategy and risk management. This is a mission-driven, development-focused opportunity to shape your early legal career and network across the firm.
Responsibilities

Key requirements
- Final year undergraduate or graduate student status
