Overview

In this Senior Demand Generation role, you own the regional demand strategy for EMEA, driving pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns and ABM-like plays. You work cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, product marketing, and content to translate go-to-market priorities into measurable programs. You’ll optimize campaigns across paid, email, webinars, and nurture to accelerate opportunities. This is a high-visibility growth role with scope to shape strategy, execution, and scalable demand engines in diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels (paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, retargeting)
  • Build and run account-based and pipeline acceleration programs for priority accounts and segments
  • Create and manage regional campaign calendars and execution plans
  • Collaborate with product marketing on messaging, launches, and persona-based campaigns
  • Develop landing pages, assets, journeys, and conversion paths with content/brand/web teams
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure clean setup, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and funnel visibility
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data, trends, and sales feedback
  • Implement test-and-learn strategies for channel mix, messaging, and segmentation
  • Identify smarter workflows, automation opportunities, and scalable execution models

Key requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing
  • Experience supporting commercial, mid-market, or growth segments in EMEA
  • Proven track record building integrated campaigns driving pipeline and revenue
  • Experience partnering with sales and translating goals into marketing plans
  • Ability to manage both top-of-funnel and mid-/late-funnel activities
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, search, email, webinars, events, ABM, and nurture
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven budget and optimization
