Site Manager – Residential Developer – Surrey

Overview

In this role you will manage a Surrey-based residential development from phase one to completion, overseeing luxury houses and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will lead a site team, coordinate internal and external works, and report to a Project/Contracts Manager, with a clear path for progression as the company has a strong project pipeline. You will work within a prestigious residential developer focused on delivering premium homes in London and surrounding counties. Responsibilities

• Oversee the development from inception through to completion on site
• Manage both internal and external works across the project
• Lead and coordinate Assistant/Site Managers and other site staff
• Report to the Project/Contracts Manager and interface with stakeholders
• Ensure builds meet high-quality standards in luxury housing
• Support planning and execution to align with project milestones

Key requirements

• Experience with residential developers on traditional build schemes (luxury apartments or town houses)
• Proven track record delivering high-standard homes from inception to completion
• CSCS Black Card (Desirable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid Certificate
