Performance Strategy Principal Director

Overview

In this Principal Director role within Accenture’s Partners in Performance, you will lead senior client relationships and major transformation projects to deliver lasting impact. You will shape business improvements, drive development opportunities, and nurture existing and new client engagements. You bring a proven strategy consulting toolkit and experience delivering large-scale change across global clients, with leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. You will influence C-level stakeholders and ensure recommendations are sustained, working with cross-functional teams to accelerate value.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with senior client staff and stakeholders
• Head up major projects and ensure lasting impact in business improvement
• Drive business development, nurture and optimize client relationships, and explore new acquisitions
• Deliver large-scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements
• Provide leadership and ensure recommendations are sustained across engagements

• Exceptional logical reasoning and prioritisation to achieve rapid gains
• Proven blue-chip generalist consulting background in a T1 firm
• Experience delivering results-based engagements with lasting impact (preferred)
