Overview

As Branch Operations Manager, you will lead the safe and efficient operation of Tool Hire units across a designated area and drive sales performance. You’ll partner with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to translate local plans into results, raising standards in safety, service, and execution. You’ll coach teams, identify skill gaps, and shape robust sales development plans to exceed targets. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic collaboration within a values-driven, inclusive culture. You’ll help shape a high-performing team in a growing, family-oriented business.

Responsibilities

• Drive safe and efficient operation of Tool Hire units within a designated area
• Develop and execute local sales development plans to achieve/exceed targets
• Coach and develop regional teams, identifying skills gaps and closing them
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to shape delivery against local plans
• Build strong relationships with Regional Directors/Managers to influence outcomes
• Inspire high standards for safety and service across units
• Maintain strong leadership presence and provide constructive feedback to teams
