Overview
In this role you support manufacturing operations for Framatome UK, enabling efficient workshop delivery across current and future projects. You will liaise with production, quality, procurement and QHSE to ensure alignment with business objectives, and you will develop and review manufacturing documentation and schedules. Your work directly impacts safe, lean fabrication and timely project execution in a regulated nuclear environment. You will join a growing UK team shaping the future of nuclear services with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Align manufacturing support activities with business needs under the guidance of the Manufacturing Support Manager and Production Manager
- Coordinate with Quality, Welding Coordination, Projects, Procurement and QHSE to ensure project delivery expectations are met
- Provide on-floor shop support before and during manufacturing activities
- Review and approve customer drawings for manufacturability within current capabilities
- Prepare and review BOQ for upcoming scopes to enable procurement
- Coordinate workshop procurement to align with delivery schedules
- Assist in production of workshop delivery schedules and adherence to those schedules
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors related to manufacturing and delivery
- Support Projects with Early Warnings and Compensation Events
- Assist tenders with manufacturing and inspection capabilities
- Develop operational processes and procedures and contribute to the manufacturing management plan and IMS
- Generate and manage documentation such as Weld Maps, Weld Data Sheets, Travel Cards, Manufacture Document Issue Sheets, Fabrication Drawings, Method Statements
- Produce RFQs for procurement and PRs for manufacturing activities
- Prepare internal Work Instructions and facilitate change through ECRs and NCRs
- Lead kick-off meetings and constructability reviews; conduct Lessons Learnt reviews
